I was waiting for the shuttle to pick me up and take me to the airport. When the shuttle arrived, a gentleman walked out and I was about to get on but the driver stops me and says, “can you wait a couple of minutes while I go and pick up s that has been waiting at the hotel and I will be right back?” I was holding two bags in the cold and the door was open to an empty shuttle. Was this guy serious? What is the reason that I can’t get on this shuttle right now, while he is here with the door open? What is the big deal if I get on right now and then he can go pick up the other person??? After a minute of arguing with him, he let me on the bus and did NOT help me with my bags.
When we arrived at the airport, the driver walked outside as if to help me step down, instead he watched me carry down my heavy bags and stuck his hand out for a tip once I got down. Again, is he serious? A TIP? FOR? Where do they breed these people?
