I went on a date last week & it didn’t go so well. I didn’t feel any chemistry and the guy lied about his age. At the end of the date I told him that I didn’t think this was going to work. However, he had a different opinion apparently, because he called me and left me a voice mail the next day thanking me for meeting him for a drink and asking me to give him another chance to go out with him. He said he wasn’t feeling very well and that he is sure we will have a much better time next time. I did not call him back; I already told him that I didn’t feel there was any chemistry. Was I not clear?
Then yesterday morning I received a card from an unknown sender. When I opened the card I found a piece of paper that was scotch taped on the blank side. It was also from the same guy. Why doesn’t he get it? The card wasn’t even HANDWRITTEN, he typed up the message on the computer (or typewrite who knows now) and taped it to the card. The card read,” I felt a real connection with you, like no other. I had an awesome time with you and I’m sorry if I was a jerk but I will put in all the effort to make it up to you.”
Is he serious? What effort???? He didn’t even WRITE the card. Who does that? Believe it or not I took a red pen and wrote http://www.isheserious.com/ put it in the envelope and sent it back to him.
